Why I Built This
When ChatGPT came out, I spent all my spare time for two years (and counting) researching AI and saw and believe in its potential to really help IT Pro's like myself and others. But when I actually used the AI tools available, I saw problems:
❌ They weren’t built for us. Generic, trained on public data, requiring endless prompt engineering just to be useful. Many industry experts like Andrew Ng believe specialized specific apps and agents are the future of AI.
❌ They lacked out-of-the-box context & useful integrations. IT workflows need more than generic AI responses.
❌ They have a whole new load of constant changes, privacy and security issues. If you’re not keeping up with AI industry constantly, your data’s at risk. I just want someone else to do that.
❌ They were another learning curve. IT pros don’t need yet another technology to master just to get basic value.
I kept wishing someone would solve these problems—so I did.
